The Customize hotkeys dialog allows you to alter any hotkey used by My Notes Center. You can even assign a hotkey to the items that have no hotkeys by default. Choose Tools|Customize hotkeys... in main menu to show this dialog.

The hotkeys list consists of three columns:
Name - here are an item name and icon (like it appears in menu or on toolbar).
Category - the item category. Most of the categories are the same as top main menu items.
Hotkey - it is a hotkey. Left-click on this column to change or remove hotkey.

Do not forget to check for hotkey conflicts by pressing Conflicts button. The conflict of hotkeys means that two or more items have the same hotkey.
