Notebooks in My Notes Center are stored in .MNC-files (files with .MNC-extension). To open notebook select File->Open... in main menu or press Ctrl+O shortcut or press Open button on main toolbar.

All currently opened notebooks appears in notes tree:

'MNC help (drafts)' represents opened notebook

Root item (node) represents a notebook and all its subitems (subnodes) represents notes.
