ASpell.net is a free multilanguage spell checking engine that can be used in My Notes Center. To set up ASpell.net on your system follow these steps:

Open http://aspell.net/win32/, download the full installer under Binaries and the dictionaries you need under Precompiled dictionaries.
Run the downloaded installer and follow the instructions. You may choose any installation parameters you need.
Finally, install the downloaded dictionaries by running their installation programs.

Now download the ASpell.net plug-in for My Notes Center from Download page. Run the installer, DO NOT CHANGE the installation folder (it can be, for ex., C:\Program Files\My Notes Center\Spelling\). Restart My Notes Center and you'll find the spell checker languages available in Tools|Spelling options menu.
